Goose Island's India Pale Ale recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result is a hop lover’s dream with an IPA boasting a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, and long hop finish. Goose Island IPA pairs well with blue cheese or aged gouda.
Inspired by the city of Chicago and densely populated with flavor, 312’s spicy aroma of Cascade hops is followed by a crisp, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body that's immensely refreshing.
It's not an East Coast or a West Coast IPA...it's Next Coast IPA. It’s 7.2%, but totally crushable — it’s not quite like any other IPA you’ve had. Big, bracing, piney hop flavors meet a tropical bouquet of Eureka, Denali, Nugget, Citra, and Mosaic hops. There’s a balanced bitterness that blends seamlessly into the light to medium body. Sip it or rip it. Whatever.
Goose Island So-lo is a full bodied IPA with big aroma, citrus and herbal aroma notes, and a nice balanced bitterness. If the can didn't mention it, you'd never think it was a low-cal beer but now that the cat's out of the bag… Surprise!
A crisp and refreshing fruit ale with hints of passionfruit and pineapple. This beer is tropical, aromatic, but not overly sweet. SPF is graced with quenching notes of bright citrus, delicate acidity, and familiar tropical aromas of guava, pineapple, and mango.
Named for our train line that runs outside of our brewery, Goose Island brings you Green Line Pale Ale. This honey-colored American Pale Ale has a crisp hop aroma, citrus flavor, and notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt.
Our sparkling Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. The light, refreshing, creamy vanilla finish will excite those fond of Champagne. Originally brewed by Belgian farmers to attract the best farm hands, we were inspired to brew an exceptional ale as inviting as the original Belgian Farmhouse ales. Light and effervescent, we named it for our founder’s granddaughter Sofie.
Wild in character, a complex ale with dried fruit and clove aromas, and a satisfying dry finish. Inspired by great Trappist ales, our complex Belgian Style Pale Ale is fermented with the wild yeast Brettanomyces. Matilda pours a golden sunrise color with dried fruit and clove aromas, a spicy yeast flavor, and a satisfying dry finish.
